As the fall days grew shorter and cooler. the beers of the Old Country became deeper, darker, more flavorful, more nutritious. This is our Octoberfest style brew. Balanced hops and malt.
Named in honor of the original owners of the bar located at this location, our Willinger Wheat is a fine autumnal beverage. (By the way, Frank Willinger is the person shown in the white apron on the mural behind the bar.)
Using crystal clear water and the finest hops and barley, we slowly ferment our Canadian Light to be lighter in alcohol and taste while retaining a slightly fruity aroma and a clean crisp finish. The classic Canadian-style light beer.
Helles, often referred to as a "light Munich" is a mildly hopped, malty. well balanced golden colored beer. Close to a Dortmunder style, with a hint of sweetness. The malt sweetness, often described as almost a caramel taste, is the mark of this beer.
A medium gold lager made with Tasmania hops. Crisp finish. Official beer of the Manitowoc Maritime Museum. Twenty-five cents from the purchase prices goes to the museum. Chief glass available.

If it's an open bottle, just ask your server and we will bring you a sample. We will open any bottle (max. $100.00) as long as you will purchase at least two glasses.
