Preliminary Hearing - Appetizers

Sizzling Artichoke Hearts - We love to watch customers turn their eyes toward this sizzling dish as it comes from the kitchen. Hand breaded artichoke hearts, lightly fried and drizzled with garlic lemon butter, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley trimmings. Served on a sizzling platter with dipping sauce. $6.45

Pub Onion Rings - Fresh, hand cut rings, dipped and breaded at the Pub, then fried to a golden brown. Served with Ranch dressing or ruby red catsup. $4.95

Hummus, with Warm Pita Chips - Made fresh at the Pub from Garbanzo beans, sun dried tomato pesto, fresh lemon juice, and fresh herbs blended with olive oil. $6.95

Artichoke Spinach Dip Platter - Another “artie heart” special. This time with spinach, freshly grated Parmesan, select artichoke hearts and rich cream sauce. Blended, heated and served with corn chips freshly prepared in canola oil. Great flavors; great for sharing! $7.95

Smoked Salmon Fillet - A four-ounce Norwegian salmon fillet, smoked for us by the Suzie Q Fish Market in Two Rivers, served on a bed of spinach leaves and garnished with dill sauce, capers, thinly sliced red onions and crisp crackers. Awesome! $6.95


Pre-Trial Motions – Pub Salads and Soups

Southwest Chicken Salad - Mixed greens with grilled chicken, shredded cheddar, and Black Bean with Corn Salsa. Our cooks then top off your salad with freshly fried tortilla strips. Served with Salsa, Sour Cream, and Ranch Dressing on the side. $7.95

Judge’s Cobb Salad - Mixed greens topped with grilled chicken, crisp bacon, onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, cheddar cheese, sliced eggs and croutons. What more could you ask for in a salad! $8.45

Chicken Salad - NEWLY CREATED--LIGHTER AND HEALTHIER!  Baked chicken breast, cubed, tossed in a blended yogurt sauce, with dried Wisconsin cranberries, toasted almonds and green onions. $7.50

Malibu Coconut Battered Shrimp Salad - Featuring our own mango dressing, this salad is created with three coconut battered shrimp on top of mixed greens, chunked melon, pineapple, toasted coconut and macadamia nuts. $8.95

Capresse Salad - Mixed greens dressed with a balsamic glaze, tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, roasted red peppers, pesto and freshly baked parmesan cheese crisps. Rich, healthy and very delicious! $8.95


Soups

Chunky Chicken Chili - Our non-traditional approach to this traditional favorite. Courthouse Pub chili features grilled chicken instead of ground beef, and white beans instead of red kidney beans. Healthy and delicious; topped with shredded cheddar cheese. $3.45

Pub French Onion Soup - Always fresh; made at the Pub with beef stock and caramelized yellow onions. $3.45.

We apply a 17% service charge to guest checks for groups of ten or more people. If you wish to have separate checks, please tell your servers when you place your order. While we offer individual checks as a courtesy, please understand that it takes time to print multiple checks – please allow time for your server to provide this service to you.

Direct Examination - Our Sandwiches, Wraps and Burgers

Pasta Bowl - Each week our chef crafts a unique pasta bowl. Usually with fettuccini, one week it may be chicken with artichoke hearts and cream sauce; the next week it may be a seafood or veggie medley. Your server will tell you what we are offering this week. $8.95

Gourmet Ham Sandwich - Thinly sliced Newton Meats ham, with Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and Düsseldorf mustard. Now served on freshly baked Wheatberry bread with Pub fries.* $6.95

Oven Roasted Pork Sandwich - Oven roasted pork loin, basted in BBQ sauce and served on a toasted bun. Garnished with our haystack onions and served with Pub fries.* $6.95

Chicken Breast Sandwich - Prepared two ways – choose your favorite. Served with Pub fries.* $7.95

Grilled - accented with freshly made hummus, lettuce, tomato, and onion, on freshly baked sun dried tomato Focaccia bun.

Blackened - pan seared and blackened. Presented with yellow pepper cream sauce, provolone cheese, tomato, lettuce and onion on a freshly baked sun dried tomato Focaccia bun.

Pub Wraps - Made three ways -- take your pick! All served with pasta salad. $7.95

Veggie - portabella mushrooms marinated in a red wine balsamic reduction, grilled artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, lettuce, tomato, onion and basil pesto sauce.

Chicken Ranch - grilled chicken, bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and ranch dressing.

Southwest Wrap - grilled chicken, cheddar cheese, black bean salsa, lettuce and ancho spicy mayo.


Tuscan Turkey Sandwich (shown) - A Tuscan twist to our turkey sandwich. We start with a Spinach Feta Focaccia and add oven roasted turkey, lettuce, artichoke hearts, roasted red pepper, provolone cheese and pesto mayo Served with Pub fries.* $7.45

Tenderloin Steak Sandwich - A five-ounce beef tenderloin, grilled to your desired temperature, and topped with horseradish cream sauce and our haystack onions. Then placed on a freshly baked and toasted semmel bun. Served with Pub fries.* $7.95

Prime Rib Sandwich - We slow roast our prime rib and then thinly slice it for this sandwich. Topped with onions sautéed in Pine River Dairy butter and our own Munich Helles beer, this sandwich is finished with melted provolone cheese and is presented to you on freshly baked Pretzel bread. With Pub fries.* $6.95

Grilled Norwegian Salmon - Simple, healthy and delicious. Topped with Pub dill sauce and capers then served with pasta salad and shoestring cut vegetables. $10.95

Burgers

Our burgers are one-third pound fresh Certified Angus Beef patties, hand pressed and served on a freshly baked semmel bun. We add the traditional catsup and Düsseldorf mustard, and (on the side) crisp lettuce, red onion, tomato and pickle. Served with Pub fries.
