Preliminary Hearing - Appetizers

Hummus - Made from scratch with garbanzo beans, sun dried tomato pesto, and lemon juice. Served with warm pita chips.

Sizzling Artichoke Hearts Sizzling Artichoke Hearts - Hand breaded, lightly fried hearts, drizzled with butter, and garnished with parmesan cheese. Served with wasabi ranch dipping sauce.

Sundried Tomato Artichoke Dip - Artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, Asiago cheese, and fresh basil blended into a rich creamy dip. Served with freshly fried corn chips

Pub Onion Rings - 5/8 inch thick cut onions, hand breaded and served with avocado ranch sauce.

Pub Cheese Curds - Hennings Fresh Cheese Curds lightly coated with a Pub microbrew-based batter, then lightly fried in vegetable oil.

Gluten-Free Smoked Salmon - A five ounce fillet smoked for us by Susie Q Fish Market in Two Rivers, WI. Topped with onions, capers, and Pub dill sauce.


Pre-Trial Motions - Pub Salads and Soups

Gluten-Free Apple Walnut Chicken Salad -Spring greens drizzled with red wine vinaigrette and topped with
white cheddar cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, cucumbers, honeycrisp apples, and grilled chicken.

Gluten-Free Cranberry Bleu Cheese Salad- Spring greens drizzled with cranberry raspberry vinaigrette, topped with dried cranberries, toasted pecans, bleu cheese, cucumbers, and a grilled chicken breast.

Gluten-Free Southwest Chicken Salad - Mixed greens topped with chicken, Monterey jack cheese, black bean and corn salsa, and Tortilla strips. Served with a side of avocado ranch dressing and salsa.

Malibu Coconut Battered Shrimp Salad - Mixed greens drizzled with a homemade mango vinaigrette, topped with toasted coconut, macadamia nuts, fresh melon and pineapple. Topped with three coconut shrimp.

Gluten-Free Capresse Salad - Mixed greens, topped with tomatoes, roasted red peppers, fresh mozzarella, pesto, and a balsamic reduction.

Gluten-Free BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwich - Slow roasted pulled pork tossed in Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce. Served on a Challah bun with haystack onions.

Gluten-Free Beef Tenderloin Steak Sandwich - A five ounce fillet, grilled, topped with horseradish cream sauce and haystack onions on a challah roll. Sandwich and fries.

Gluten-Free Portabella Mushroom Sandwich - A grilled portabella mushroom, served on a Telera roll with roasted vegetable cream cheese, lettuce, and haystack onions.

Gluten-Free Roast Beef Sandwich - Sliced roast beef on a Telera roll, with Boursin cheese, lettuce, and red onions. Sandwich and fries, or a half sandwich with pasta salad and bowl of soup.

Gluten-Free All Natural Ham Sandwich (No added nitrates or nitrites) - Applewood smoked gourmet ham, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheddar cheese, and honey mustard on wheat berry bread.Sandwich and fries, or a half sandwich with pasta salad and bowl of soup.

Turkey Sandwich Gluten-Free Turkey Sandwich - Sliced turkey breast on a Telera roll, with spiced cranberry cream cheese and lettuce.Sandwich and fries, or a half sandwich with pasta salad and bowl of soup.

Gluten-Free Pretzel Bread French Dip Sandwich - Thinly sliced Certified Angus Beef Roast, topped with sautéed onions and provolone cheese, on pretzel bread. Sandwich and fries, or a half sandwich with pasta salad and bowl of soup.


Wraps

Hummus Vegetable Wrap - Sundried tomato hummus, mixed greens, tomato, onion, cucumber, roasted red peppers, and Provolone cheese, in a whole wheat wrap. Served with pasta salad.

Pesto Chicken Salad Wrap - Pesto chicken salad, mixed greens, and tomatoes in a whole wheat wrap, served with pasta salad.

Mediterranean Chicken Wrap - Grilled chicken, mixed greens, with a kalamata and tomato Mediterranean salsa, in a whole wheat wrap and served with pasta salad.


Burgers

Our burgers are one third pound Certified Angus Beef topped with ketchup and Dusseldorf mustard, served on a challah roll. All burgers are served with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickle with Pub Fries.

Gluten-Free Grilled Norwegian Salmon - A five ounce fillet garnished with dill sauce, red onions, and capers. Served with pasta salad and sautéed vegetables.
